Patsy Whitford
Patsy is a solicitor in our Commercial Property Department and advises clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, be it a purchase of a mixed use commercial premises or arranging the first shop for start up businesses. She has particular experience in acting for landlords and tenants of local shops and restaurants.
She has varied life experience, having worked as a croupier and pub landlady amongst other roles, which allows her to understand both the legal and commercial issues of a transaction and help to achieve a balance that is of greatest advantage to her clients.
Away from the office, Patsy has a large family and enjoys battling for favourite aunt status, which she currently holds through a combination of bribery and chocolate. She is also attempting to train hard enough to run a half marathon next year.
