Charlie Ames plays a key role in supporting both clients and the legal team at Lacey. Often the first point of contact, she helps ensure clients feel supported and informed from the very beginning of their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients during sensitive family matters

  • Providing clear, calm, and reassuring communication

  • Coordinating appointments and managing diaries

  • Preparing and organising legal and mediation documentation

  • Supporting solicitors and mediators to ensure cases progress smoothly
