Kate is a Partner who specialises in advising clients regarding their personal affairs from making their Will to administering their estate.
Kate typically advises clients on:
- Making and updating their Wills;
- Tax planning to include advice on gifting and setting up trusts;
- Existing tax planning schemes;
- Existing trusts and their administration;
- Powers of attorney; and
- Administration of complex estates.
Kate is known for her patience and ability to explain complex issues in plain English. She is an excellent communicator and keeps her clients regularly updated with progress, responding to queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
