Laceys is a forward thinking firm always looking for new talent who have the enthusiasm and commitment to deliver the best for our clients.
Many of our partners, including the managing and senior partners, have progressed through the ranks at Laceys having initially joined through the Trainee Recruitment Programme. This is testament to how we have always, and continue to recognise, nurture, develop and reward talent.
If you feel Laceys could be the firm for you please send us an email with your CV to Sam Freeman at s.freeman@laceyssolicitors.co.uk or alternatively, refer to our current vacancies or trainee recruitment programme for further information.
We are very conscious that the legal profession has had an army of “lost lawyers” who stepped out of their legal careers typically for child care or elder care reasons and who rarely return to the profession.
We appreciate that traditional methods of recruitment can be off-putting for returners to the profession, and we are keen to encourage high calibre lawyers with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm to apply to us at any time. We are particularly keen to hear from property lawyers and commercial company/commercial lawyers.
We understand that returning professionals may need additional support and time to get back up to speed to start with and we will ensure this is provided to those we recruit.
If you are a prospective returner to the legal profession, please contact us by sending an email with your CV to Rachel Cowdrill at r.cowdrill@laceyssolicitors.co.uk.
Whatever your legal requirement, whether it be business or personal, our specialist teams are professional, prompt and personal, and will always strive to deliver practical solutions in the most cost effective way.
