We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated professional to manage a high-quality, varied caseload while playing an integral role in the ongoing development of the department.

In this role, you will handle residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build and shared ownership matters. You will also be responsible for managing complex and high-value transactions independently, while delivering outstanding client service and building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will support team growth and service excellence, as well as mentor junior team members and legal support staff. The role also involves meeting agreed billing and performance targets, ensuring compliance with SRA, CQS, LEXCEL and internal quality standards, and contributing to marketing, networking, and business development initiatives.
