Charlotte is a Solicitor who qualified into Laceys following the completion of her two-year period of recognised training.

Charlotte works closely with other lawyers in our Family team and typically advises clients on:

  • Divorce;
  • Financial remedy proceedings, including drafting consent orders where spouses have reached an agreement outside of court;
  • Cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements;
  • Child arrangement proceedings; and
  • Non-Molestation and Occupation Injunctions, including representation at the first hearing.

Charlotte is known for her attention to detail and ensuring that deadlines are met. She also deals with enquiries promptly and makes sure clients are kept updated as to the progress of their case on a regular basis.
