Harriet is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Laceys’ Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts team, specialising in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, declarations of trust and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Harriet helps high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners plan for the future by advising on lifetime Inheritance Tax planning, drafting tax efficient Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Harriet also deals with the administration of trusts and estates, often where there are complex tax issues involved.

Harriet is known for her empathetic approach in dealing with very sensitive matters.
