Ivy joined Laceys Solicitors in January 2023 after attaining a first class degree in Law from the University of Buckingham and completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Ivy joined as a legal assistant in the Commercial Property department and started her Training Contract in September 2023.
After completing seats with the Corporate/Commercial, Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Property teams, Ivy is now in her fourth and final seat with the Private Client team.
Ivy has assisted on matters involving:
- Wills
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Deeds of Variation
- Lasting Power of Attorneys
- Probate and the Administration of Estates
- Creation of and Administration of Trusts
Ivy has an empathetic and proactive approach to clients. She understands that the private client matters can often be a daunting and unfamiliar process, especially during a time of grief. With her personable approach, Ivy provides support to clients during these challenging times.
