Lizzy specialises in property litigation and has a wide range of experience advising on general civil disputes, including contractual claims, contentious probate, and professional negligence claims.
Lizzy is committed to providing the best service that she can to her clients, by taking care to manage their expectations, especially when it comes to advising on likely costs and timescales. Lizzy has also played a key role in the firm’s debt recovery team.
Lizzy is adept at advising in and conducting a wide range of matters, including but not limited to:
- Residential possession proceedings;
- Land, boundary and neighbour disputes, including in relation to The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and claims for adverse possession;
- 1954 Act business lease renewals;
- Contractual and business disputes;
- Professional negligence claims;
- Debt recovery and enforcement; and
