Recent example of deals which Mandy has advised on include:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial leases for a national retailer, ensuring compliance with lease terms, negotiating favourable conditions, and addressing landlord-tenant matters to support the client’s long-term property strategy.
• Advising and handling transactions for pension fund investment providers, including conducting due diligence, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance to facilitate secure and strategic investments.
• Negotiating and completing a new lease for a restaurant in central London, supporting the expansion of a growing hospitality business that has now successfully opened its second location in Chinatown. This involved advising on lease terms, securing favourable conditions, and ensuring the transaction met the client’s operational and commercial objectives.
