Molly started working in property law when she joined the firm after completing her college studies, mostly dealing with residential property transactions whilst undertaking further training with CILEx Law School. Molly graduated with CILEx Law School in 2023 obtaining a distinction in Land Law and is now a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.

Molly deals with commercial property work acting for portfolio landlords and tenants, together with enfranchisement matters.

Molly typically advises clients on:

  • Residential lease extensions (both voluntary and statutory);
  • Commercial freehold acquisitions and disposals; and
  • Commercial leases.

Molly is known for her approachable and down to earth nature with a focus on building longstanding client relations by going the extra mile to ensure any transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Recent example of matters which Molly has advised on include:

  • Unusual applications to HM Land Registry for first registration due to adverse possession and deeds lost.
  • Sales and purchases of reversions subject to residential long leases (including collective enfranchisement and buildings with undivided ground floor commercial premises with residential premises over).
  • Sale of freehold commercial properties and purchases of land or buildings for development or refurbishment purposes.
