Nathan is an experienced Property Paralegal, with a background in both residential and commercial property. With a strong knowledge in property law, Nathan offers practical legal support to clients, both commercial and private, navigating the complexities of property transactions.

He is well-versed in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, and assisting with due diligence processes to ensure smooth transactions.

Nathan typically advises clients on:

  • Sales and purchases of real estate property.
  • Transfers of Equity.
  • Remortgages.
  • Land Registry amendments and updates.

Nathan is known for proactively maintaining client relationships and going the extra mile to ensure a transaction is completed. He also has significant experience dealing with updates to the Land Registry on a variety of matters.
