Stephanie is a Mediation Assistant in the Family Mediation team.

Stephanie is a key member of Laceys’ Family Mediation team, known for her empathy and organisational skills. Before joining Laceys, she worked at Bournemouth Council in supported housing, where she developed a calm, compassionate approach and strong administrative skills, qualities that now benefit her mediation clients.

As a Mediation Assistant, Stephanie plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, supporting Kenneth with;

  • Completing legal forms and documents
  • Answering calls and handling client enquiries
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Overseeing the department’s administrative needs

Outside of the Office

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and catching up with friends.
