Zoë has extensive experience in the legal profession.  She first started as a legal secretary, progressed to a conveyancing assistant and then moved on to managing her own caseload.  Zoë is a residential conveyancer who deals mostly in sales.

Zoe typically advises clients on:

  • First registrations of unregistered property
  • Sales of residential property, including those with unregistered titles
  • Transfers of residential property, including transfers by way of Assent of unregistered properties
  • Remortgage of residential property

Zoë is known for getting the job done as swiftly as possible for her clients.  Zoë always has time for her clients, she keeps them regularly updated and goes above and beyond to ensure that the sale goes through with as little or no stress at all.

Outside the office

Outside of work Zoë enjoys going on holidays, eating out and spending time with friends and family.
