Recognising this urgent need, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) has launched “It’s Time to Talk,” a global campaign designed to assist family businesses in effective estate planning. The initiative provides valuable resources to guide businesses in navigating the complexities of succession planning.
