Deborah is an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate specialising in all private client matters including advising elderly clients on welfare benefits and particularly attendance allowance for which she has a 100% success rate for her clients.

Deborah typically advises clients on:

  • Preparation of Wills;
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Estate administrations including intestacies and probates;
  • Inheritance tax planning;
  • Capital Gains tax advice;
  • Deeds of Variation;
  • Court of Protection matters;
