Jackson is an Apprentice Solicitor who broadly assists the dispute resolution department including commercial disputes, breach of contract, and licensing.

Jackson typically assists with:

• client and internal communications.
• case management.
• debt recovery.
• dispute related enquiries.
• document drafting.

Jackson is known for his ability to progress matters and his IT proficiency.

Recent example of cases which Jackson has assisted on include:

• the renewal and upkeep of premises licences for a national pub chain.
• forming a settlement agreement between parties involved in an international dispute.
• issuing proceedings for the recovery of money owed by debtors under a breach of contract.

Accolades, Accreditations and Memberships

Mediation Theory and Practice qualification (equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma). Administered by Mediation Northern Ireland.

Jackson is a member of a local rugby club.
