Jeannette is an onboarding executive within the residential property team.

Jeannette is often the first point of contact for new clients at Laceys. Her responsibilities include:

• Handling new enquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-ins
• Preparing quotes for new work
• Opening files for new matters and notifying solicitors
• Completing initial compliance checks and onboarding documentation
• Communicating with estate agents

She takes an organised and proactive approach, helping to keep things running smoothly for both clients and colleagues.

Before joining Laceys Solicitors, Jeanette worked as a Legal Assistant at Woodstock Legal Services.

Outside the office

Outside of work, Jeanette is a busy working mum who enjoys spending time with her children. In the warmer months, they love trips out for ice cream, shopping, and visiting the beach, while winter is more about relaxing indoors together.
