Our People
Jess is a Mediation Assistant in the Family Mediation team.
Jess is a key member of Laceys’ Family Mediation team, known for her empathy and organisational skills. Before joining the Mediation Team, she worked on reception at our office, where she developed a friendly, approachable manner and strong administrative skills that now benefit her and her mediation clients.
As a Mediation Assistant, Jess plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, supporting Kenneth with;
- Completing legal forms and documents
- Answering calls and handling client enquiries
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Overseeing the department’s administrative needs
Outside of the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy fundraising for the charity Myaware, supporting people affected by myasthenia gravis. I also love spending time by the sea, especially sea swimming and collecting shells and sea glass, which I then use to make art to give to my family and friends. I like to stay active by going to the gym or a long walk in the Purbecks that ends with a pub!
