Anne typically advises clients on:

  • Assisting in leasehold reform work
  • Lease extensions
  • Freehold purchases whether by way of collective enfranchisement or right of first refusal or open market negotiations
  • Assisting with the right to manage, deeds of variation and non-contentious residential leasehold work.

Recent example of deals which Anne has advised on include:

  • Assisted clients in acquiring the freehold when right of first refusal procedure had not been followed.
  • Assisted in a case where the negative value on an intermediate head lease can deduct from the freehold value and reduce the collective enfranchisement price to zero.

Outside of the office

Anne enjoys playing golf, going to the gym and walking her dogs.
