Ash is a Solicitor within the firm.  Ash specialises in commercial property and residential development. Ash works with both private and commercial clients including business owners, commercial tenants, investors, and residential and commercial property developers.

Ash’s specialisms include:

• Sales and acquisitions – acting for clients acquiring or disposing of commercial properties
• Development work- acting on behalf of developers in the development site set-up and plots sales for both commercial and residential development
• Commercial leases – advising both commercial landlords, charities and tenants on commercial lettings and renewals
• Options and overage
• Lease extension works

Ash enjoys establishing relationships with clients with good communication being at the centre of her approach.  Ash is dedicated and understands the importance of delivering a proactive service to meet deadlines.

Examples of deals which Ash has advised on include:

• Reporting to a developer reference numerous parcels of land individually registered at HM Land Registry with a view to development considering the various titles in depth advising on easements, restrictive covenants and so on;
• Handling the sale of 50-100 plots on behalf of nationwide developers on various sites and assisting with the Estate Set up of such sites;
• Buying and selling for a large social housing provider, including the delivering of affordable homes; and
• acting for a tenant to secure a lease of commercial property within a service station based in Cornwall.

Outside the office

Ash is kept busy with a little toddler and puppy, often going on lots of family walks with her partner and stopping off for good coffee and cake.  Ash enjoys competing in Hyrox competitions, runs marathons and loves a good gym class. Ash is an AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder so regularly watches the Cherries play.
