Maisie is Laceys first Solicitor Apprentice, a new route to becoming a qualified solicitor. She joined the firm in August 2023 after completing her law degree at the University of York.

Since then, Maisie has spent her training in the family department, specialising in children matters. In particular, she assists with Child Arrangement Orders, The Public Law Outline Procedure (PLOs) and Public Law Care Proceedings. Maisie also supports clients at Child Protection level, on a pro bono basis.  She is very passionate about client-facing work and instilling public confidence in the legal sector.

Outside of the Office

Aside from work, Maisie loves to spend time with family and enjoys reading an eclectic range of books.
