Mark, a Partner and Head of the Commercial Property department, supervises and guides the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department.
As well as leading the Commercial Property team, Mark also handles Residential Property matters. His clients range from property developers and investors to businesses, first-time buyers, and individuals seeking advice on enfranchisement or residential landlord and tenant issues. With expertise in all areas of property law, he provides comprehensive and tailored support.
Mark typically advises clients on:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- Developer work including site acquisition and disposals with all ancillary matters;
- Promotion and Option Agreements;
- Enfranchisement and lease extensions;
Mark has a wide and varied experience of property matters. He brings a pragmatic approach to solving the problems of a property transaction which is why he is for his clients their “go to” property Solicitor. .
