Technology shapes our future and has never been so crucial to the way we do business. All businesses, whether large or small, are increasingly reliant on IT services, applications, networks and infrastructure.

Our team specialise in IT and technology contracting, acting for both suppliers and customers across multiple industries. We are able to assist with the reviewing, advising, drafting and negotiating of contracts as well as advising on and securing the protection of intellectual property rights.

  • Cookie policies
  • Heads of terms / Memorandum of understandings
  • Licence agreements
  • Maintenance and support agreements
